We're sorry for the inconvenience 🙏 It sometimes happens that the tracking shows ""Delivered"" even though the package is not yet in your hands (delivery to a third party, drop-off at a nearby point, early courier update, etc.). Here is what to do, in order ✅

1) Check these things immediately (2 minutes)

Check whether the package was left with a doorman/reception or a neighbour/family member.
Look around: entrance, garden, garage, courtyard, any delivery points.
If the tracking shows a PUDO / pickup point, go there to check.

2) Wait a few hours (it often resolves itself)

In some cases the courier marks it as ""delivered"" and the actual delivery happens within a few hours (or by end of day). || 💡 Useful tip If the tracking was updated recently, wait 2–6 hours and check again: the package often arrives shortly after.

3) If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact us immediately

Open a support request so we can act quickly with the courier. Please have the following info ready:

Order number
Full name on the intercom
Full delivery address
Phone number
(if possible) screenshot of the tracking

Yes, of course! If you purchase as a company on alberoshop.it, you can request an invoice simply during checkout.

How to request the invoice at the time of purchase

When filling in the billing details, simply enter:

Company name
VAT number

Once the order is completed, the invoice will be automatically issued at the time of processing.

Important information If the Company and VAT number fields are not filled in at checkout, a simple purchase receipt will be issued and it will not be possible to automatically generate the invoice.

No problem! If the order has already been placed without tax details, you can request the invoice by providing:

That date is the reliable reference for your order. It already takes into account the availability of the products you are purchasing, so it is more accurate than any generic estimate.

How availability works

We work with both our own warehouse and external logistics, so times vary depending on the individual product:

Product available in stock It is prepared and shipped quickly, generally within 24/48 working hours.

Product to be sourced Some items are ordered based on actual demand, to guarantee you original products at the best prices. In these cases the times are longer and are always shown transparently in the delivery date on the product page, before purchase.

Couriers

We ship with Corriere Espresso (UPS, TNT, DHL, Bartolini), with full coverage across the entire territory, including the most difficult locations to reach.

When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the courier tracking link. From there you can follow the delivery status in real time 📦

📩 Check your email first

The tracking is sent to the address used during purchase. We recommend also checking Junk mail / Spam and Promotions (Gmail): the email often ends up there by mistake.

You will find the button with the courier tracking

If you have already placed the order, the delivery date is the one you saw at the time of purchase and it is shown in your order confirmation email. That is the promised date for your delivery.

Do you want to track the shipment?

As soon as the parcel is handed to the courier you will receive an email with the tracking code, which you can use to follow the delivery in real time. You can find all the details in Where is my order?

Has the date already passed?

If the date shown in your order confirmation has already passed, write to us in chat with the order number: we will immediately check the shipment status for you.
