Where is my order?

If you are waiting for your order and want to know where the shipment is, here's how to check it in a few seconds.

Check the shipment tracking

As soon as your order is handed to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking link. By clicking on the link you can see in real time where the parcel is and the expected delivery date.

You can also find the tracking in your Alberoshop account, in the My orders section.

Can't see the tracking yet?

If the code is not yet available, it is usually because:

• the order is being prepared
• the product has specific dispatch times, indicated on the product page

In these cases the shipping code will be updated shortly. It can also happen that the courier takes a few hours to activate the link after pick-up: if it doesn't work immediately, wait 1-2 hours and try again.

Need help?

If several days have passed or you have doubts about the order status, write to us in chat providing:

• order number
• product name purchased

An operator will check immediately for you.

Do you just want to know the expected date?
