I won't be home for delivery: what can I do?


It can happen that you're not available on the delivery day. Here's what to know and how to organise yourself 📦


📩 Track the shipment and plan ahead


When your order ships you receive an email with the courier tracking: from there you can follow progress in real time and know when the parcel is out for delivery. Find out how in Where is my order?


Many couriers, via the tracking link, let you manage the delivery directly: change the date, indicate a neighbour or request pick-up at a nearby point. Check the options available on the tracking page.


🕒 Can you guarantee a time slot?


We can't guarantee a fixed time slot, but we can forward your request to the courier to check the available options. If you have a specific need, write to us in chat with the order number and a phone contact.


📦 If you weren't home at the delivery attempt


If the courier doesn't find you, they usually leave a notice and try again, or deposit the parcel at a pick-up point. Check the tracking to see what happened and the pick-up instructions.
