Where do I find the tracking for my order?
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the courier tracking link. From there you can follow the delivery status in real time 📦
📩 Check your email first
The tracking is sent to the address used during purchase. We recommend also checking Junk mail / Spam and Promotions (Gmail): the email often ends up there by mistake.
👤 You can also find it in your account (if registered)
If you have created an account on alberoshop.it:
- Log in to your profile
- Go to My orders
- Open the shipped order
- You will find the button with the courier tracking
❗ Received nothing?
If after shipping you can't find the email, the tracking doesn't arrive, or you have doubts, write to us in chat with the order number and we will help you straight away.
⏳ If you have already written to us in chat about this, please don't open another request: we reply to the oldest messages first and you normally receive an answer within 24 working hours.
