Shopping guide: how to place an order step by step

Ordering online on Alberoshop is the simplest and safest way: enter your details, choose the products and select the payment and shipping method.

1. Add the product to the cart

The process starts from the chosen product page, where you can find all the information and features. Click the green Add to cart button to add it to the cart. You can repeat this for every item you want to purchase.

2. Check the cart

Click the cart icon in the top right: a summary of your order will open. Press View and edit cart to open the summary page, where you can see items, quantities and prices.

To change the quantity or remove a product, edit the number in the relevant field and press Update cart. When everything is ready, click the green Proceed to checkout button.

3. Fill in your details and pay

At checkout, enter your billing and shipping details and choose the payment method. Fill in all fields marked as required, otherwise the system will not let you proceed. Click Place order to submit it.

4. Order completed

After submission you are redirected to the summary page with your order number, the shipping address and the payment method. You will also immediately receive a confirmation email at the provided address, with all the order details: holder, recipient, products, payment method and total including shipping, discounts and any supplements.
