The wine tastes corky or has a strange flavour: what to do

The corky taste is a rare but possible defect: it can appear in a small percentage of bottles even when the wine has been stored correctly.
If you think the bottle you received has this problem, follow these steps.

What to do immediately

1. Keep the original bottle, even if it has already been opened or partially consumed.
2. Write to us in chat with the order number.
3. Describe the defect, indicating if possible the name of the wine and the product code (SKU). If you don't know where to find it, read Where is the product code.
