I want to delete my account

Alberoshop fully complies with GDPR regulations on personal data protection.
You can request the deletion of your account in a simple and secure way in one of the following ways:

🗄️ Self-service account deletion

Log in to your profile and go to the Privacy settings section.
From there you can start the account deletion process directly.

📞 Request via customer support

Alternatively, you can contact our support via the contact page form or by contacting us via chat and request the deletion of your account.

ℹ️ Important information about deletion

Once the request is approved:

• All your personal data will be deleted
• Order and purchase history will be lost
• Invoices, discounts and information associated with the account will be removed
• The account cannot be restored in the future

🕶️ Alternative: anonymise the account

Before proceeding with deletion, you can choose to anonymise your account.
This function:

• Replaces your personal data with anonymous information
• Removes email and sensitive data from the system
• Keeps the technical order history (without personal data)

You can always find it in the Privacy settings section of your account.

💾 Download your data

Before deleting or anonymising the account, you can download a complete copy of your personal data directly from Privacy settings.
We recommend doing this if you wish to keep a copy.
