How to send a photo in chat?

Sometimes we ask you to send photos, for example for a product that arrived broken or wrong. It's very simple: just click the button at the bottom right of the chat.

From a computer

1. Click the 📎 attachment icon at the bottom of the chat
2. Select the image from your computer
3. Send it in the chat

From phone or tablet

1. Tap the 📎 attachment icon in the chat
2. Choose "Photo Library" or "Take Photo"
3. Select or take the photo and send it

For faster assistance, send photos that are clear and well-lit, showing both the product and the packaging if possible.
