Our couriers are able to deliver throughout Italy within 24/48 hours of picking up the goods, shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, on the other hand, can take up to 72 hours to reach their destination.
For deliveries to the smaller islands, delivery times may vary depending on the weather conditions and the availability for delivery of the local carrier to which UPS, TNT, Bartolini or DHL entrusts the delivery of the package to the end customer.

Tracking

The fulfillment of the order will be notified to the customer by means of a communication sent to the email address used during registration on the site, where the details of the shipment (tracking number) will also be communicated, which the customer can constantly follow by logging into his customer area .

When we deliver

The courier delivers with Express Shipping from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, Albero Group Srl (alberoshop.it) always forwards your information to the courier.
We therefore invite you when ordering to indicate as the delivery address a destination where there can be constant availability.
In the event of non-delivery due to an absent recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage in your mailbox, with an invitation to contact the courier's Call Center in order to reschedule the delivery for the next day.
