Why doesn't the coupon work?

Some coupons are subject to minimum purchase amounts or some products are excluded from the application of the coupon

for example
The €5 coupon for subscribing to the newsletter can be used for purchases whose subtotal (excluding VAT) is equal to or greater than €40, and can only be used once.

Please ensure that your order complies with these requirements

Remember that coupons cannot be combined in the same order, so if you are already using another coupon you will not be able to use the €5 once.
