⏰ Orders including multiple products with different fulfillment times will be fulfilled, at the customer's discretion, in a single solution in compliance with the longest fulfillment time or individually in compliance with the individual fulfillment times.

👐 In the event of unavailability of the products caused by incorrect communication by our suppliers or by a simultaneous forwarding of orders by customers, Albero Group Srl will immediately inform the customer of the impossibility of accepting the order placed and the any timing necessary for the return of the missing products.

Generally, for all products not available in our warehouse, there is a processing time of 5 or 7 working days: these are products that we order directly from our foreign suppliers upon receipt of an order from customers.
These are particular and not very widespread products, intended for specific categories of users.
The timing proposed, therefore, is only indicative, as it is influenced by multiple factors such as: customs clearance times, shipping times from abroad, logistics times of foreign warehouses.
