# When does my order arrive?

If you have already placed the order, the delivery date is the one you saw at the time of purchase and it is shown in your ***order confirmation email***. That is the promised date for your delivery.

### Where to find the delivery date

* In the ***order confirmation email*** you received after purchase
* In your account, in the ***My orders*** section

### Do you want to track the shipment?

As soon as the parcel is handed to the courier you will receive an email with the ***tracking code***, which you can use to follow the delivery in real time. ### Has the date already passed?

If the date shown in your order confirmation has already passed, write to us in chat with the ***order number***: we will immediately check the shipment status for you.
