# How to send a photo in chat?

Sometimes we ask you to send photos, for example for a product that arrived broken or wrong. It's very simple: just click the button at the bottom right of the chat.

### From a computer

1. Click the 📎 **attachment icon** at the bottom of the chat
2. Select the image from your computer
3. Send it in the chat

### From phone or tablet

1. Tap the 📎 **attachment icon** in the chat
2. Choose **"Photo Library"** or **"Take Photo"**
3. Select or take the photo and send it

For faster assistance, send photos that are clear and well-lit, showing both the product and the packaging if possible.
