# Can I receive a copy of the invoice?

Yes, of course. We can send you a copy of the invoice quickly, directly via chat.

### How to request it

Write to us in chat providing:

* your ***order number***
* if purchasing as a company, also ***company name***, ***VAT number*** and ***SDI code or PEC***

Our team will verify the order and send you the invoice as soon as possible.

### Useful information

If you correctly entered your company details during checkout, the invoice is automatically issued at the time of order processing. If you didn't enter them or need a copy, no problem: just write to us in chat.

The copy request must be made ***within 7 days from the purchase date***.
